Nina is a former idol, member of a J-Pop band who was violently assaulted by an overzealous fan. As a result, she has ended a promising career, is going back to school and is trying to build a new life for herself. In order to make everyone forget her celebrity past, she cuts her hair and dresses in a very masculine way: she doesn’t want anything more to do with the femininity that made her suffer so much.
